INGREDIENTS

For the Cheesy Keto Garlic Bread:

  • 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 small Egg
  • Garlic powder to taste

For the Keto Pizza Chaffle:

  • 1 15 oz can of Tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon of Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of Basil
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Pepperoni, as desired
  • Bacon strips, as desired
  • Red onion rings, as desired
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
  • Pizza seasoning to taste
  • Cooking spray

For the Keto Jalapeno Popper Chaffle:

  • 1 cup of Italian cheese, shredded
  • Jalapeno rings, as desired
  • Bacon strips, as desired

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To make the Cheesy Keto Garlic Bread. Into a medium bowl, add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese, crack in the egg, and drizzle garlic powder to taste. Combine by mixing with a fork.
  2. Plug in the air fryer and set it to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Line the air-fryer basket with parchment paper before adding the cheesy mix. Use a spatula to shape it into a circle. Lock in the air fryer and let your cheesy garlic bread cook.
  4. Moving on to the Keto Pizza Chaffle. Add a can of tomato puree into a deep pot on medium heat. Season it with oregano, basil, and red pepper. Stir until it begins to simmer. This makes the pizza dipping.
  5. Grease the waffle iron. Spread the mozzarella cheese, arrange the pepperoni right at the middle and sprinkle some pizza seasoning.
  6. Add onion rings in the middle of your pizza, top it off with more cheese, and secure the waffle iron. Leave it to cook for 5 minutes. Use a kitchen tong to carefully take it out once it’s ready.
  7. Time for the Keto Jalapeno Popper Chaffle. Grease the waffle iron again. Add the Italian cheese to cover the entire surface area of the waffle iron. Arrange the jalapeno rings right in the middle, add a few bacon strips, and top it off with more cheese. Secure the waffle iron and leave it to cook for 5 minutes.
