Pineapple Cucumber Creamy Smoothie Recipe

Get your knife, cutting board, measuring cup, and high-speed blender ready. Also, you will be needing the following ingredients: 

1 whole cucumber 

1 small pineapple 

1 cup of Real California Milk 

1 teaspoon of manuka honey 

Half a cup of ice cubes 


Instructions: 

Measure a cup of Real California Milk into a bowl. Cut the cucumber and pineapple onto a plate. Set aside. 

P.S. You don’t have to peel off the cucumber skin as it is rich in dietary fiber and nutrients. Just wash thoroughly under running water and cut into slices. 

Measure the ice cubes or crushed ice into the blender. Then pour the milk in, add the pineapple and cucumber slices, and drizzle in the manuka honey.
