I will admit, at first, it did NOT go well. But, eventually, I figured it out.
The deal with this recipe is to make sure your oil isn’t too hot or smoking. If it is, your mozzarella sticks will burn burn burn. If you have an electric deep fryer, good for you. All you need to do is preheat the fryer to 375 F and do all your business.
You can use an air fryer if you want but it can’t compare to the taste of deep frying. Never!
