  • Stiff spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Cupcake liners
  • Large heatproof bowl
  • Double boiler or deep pot
  • Spoon

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup of C & H Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 10 Honey Maid Honey Graham Crackers
  • ½ cup of Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 6 Cupcake liners

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toss the crackers into your food processor and blend until it completely turns to powder. Once this is done, transfer it into a big mixing bowl.
  2. Measure the powdered sugar and peanut butter into the mixing bowl, then proceed to mix with a spoon until you achieve a smooth consistency. You can also use your hands to check on your batter.
  3. Set up the cupcake liners on a tray or plate.
  4. Now, you can check to see if the pot of water is boiling yet, if it is, measure up to 3 cups of chocolate chips into another bowl and place the bowl on the pot of boiling water. The idea is to use the heat to melt the chocolate, just like a double boiler.
  5. Once the chocolate has melted completely, scoop some chocolate into the cups, then take some of the peanut butter batter and roll it into a small lump. Place these peanut butter lumps right in the middle of the chocolate-filled cups. Then cover the peanut batter lump with some more chocolate. Use as much as you want!
  6. Lastly, take the tray/plate holding all 6 cups and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. And that’s it! As simple as that. Your peanut butter cups would come out looking hella delicious.
