EQUIPMENT

  • Stand mixer
  • Knife
  • 2 Cutting board
  • Freezer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Egg whisk
  • Parchment-lined Baking pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool whip
  • 1 cup Jet-puffed marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 packet Instant chocolate pudding
  • 12 Graham crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to overhang the pan. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cool whip, and marshmallow creme and whisk with the stand mixer until it is smooth, fluffy, and creamy. Then, pour the marshmallow mixture into your baking pan and spread till the surface is even.
  3. In a separate bowl, measure in the milk and instant chocolate pudding and hand-mix with an egg whisk for about 3 minutes or until it is smooth and blended.
  4. Pour the instant pudding mixture over the marshmallow mix and spread until the surface is even.
  5. Place the pan into the freezer for up to 2 hours or until the layers are frozen enough to cut through.
  6. Using the overhanging paper, take out the layers from the baking pan and remove the parchment paper. Place the layers on a cutting board.
  7. Now, Break the Graham crackers in half, so you’d have a total of 24 cracker squares. Arrange 12 crackers in rows of 3 and columns of 4 on the top layer.
  8. Place another cutting board on top of the crackers so that you have your layers in between the two cutting boards. Now, carefully flip over the pan so that the bottom pan comes on top. The graham crackers should now be on the bottom.
  9. Arrange the last set of crackers on top of the layers to complete your frozen s’mores. Cut the s’mores into twelve (12) squares.
  10. Allow to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before eating.
